Understanding Royalty Distributions
We are a holding company that owns and actively scales a diversified portfolio of operating businesses across beauty, fragrance, personal care, and private-label brands. Royalty distributions are tied to portfolio revenue rather than profitability, allowing investors to participate directly in top-line performance.
Distributions are intended to be paid monthly, subject to available revenue and cash flow. The structure targets a minimum annualized return of 8% on your investment, calculated at 6% of revenue, with a maximum annualized cap of 20% on your investment, dependent on business performance.
Early Momentum for Our Brands
Days into our launch, one of our portfolio’s brands, Amala Beauty, was awarded the “Beauty News NYC Award for Best Spa-Grade Skincare Product”—its first major industry recognition since joining the Fundamental Brands family.
Amala already had the fundamentals: clinically-proven formulas with proprietary biotics, 100% certified natural ingredients, and strong partnerships with some of the world’s most renowned five-star spas. What we bring to the table are the ingredients for growth: strategic capital, expanded distribution access, digital marketing expertise, manufacturing partnerships, and R&D resources—designed to support growth without compromising the brand’s identity.
We remove the burden of the “business running the business” by handling administration, HR, and accounting, freeing founders to focus on their products and customers.
