1. We invest in proven brands, not early-stage bets.
We acquire companies already generating $2M–$50M in annual revenue across beauty, fragrance, personal care, and private label. These brands have established demand, validated products, and existing distribution—but are often limited by capital, manufacturing access, or could accelerate with improved go-to-market strategies and execution.
By entering after product-market fit, we focus on scaling what already works, rather than funding experimentation.
2. We are operators first, not providing passive capital.
We acquire a majority ownership stake (80–90%) and actively accelerate each brand through shared infrastructure and hands-on operational expertise. Our platform provides founders:

We are not asking investors to wait for profits or an exit event. Our distributions are contractually structured as royalties on revenue* from our portfolio of companies, and are paid monthly.
- Annualized minimum target: 8%, capped at 20%.
- Calculated based on the amount you invested.
