The South Florida Business Journal spotlighted our team as part of a larger story about the region’s growing beauty economy.

The South Florida Business Journal recently featured Fundamental Brands in a deep dive on why South Florida is becoming a major hub for the cosmetics and personal care industry.
The piece spotlights the region’s growing appeal for beauty brands—from global companies relocating their U.S. headquarters to Miami, to emerging brands building manufacturing and distribution operations across the tri-county area. Fundamental Brands is part of that story.
We relocated our hub to Delray Beach after acquiring luxury skincare brand Amala Beauty, and we manufacture locally across three facilities. The infrastructure, the talent, the port access, and the density of med spas and aesthetics clinics all factor into how we operate and how we build.
On what draws and keeps beauty brands in South Florida, COO Sam Genovese said,
“I think we’re like a wellness hub. Health and wellness won’t go anywhere. It’s going to continue.”

And on what the region makes possible for brand-building, CMO Allison Mosca added:
“It’s not just a place to operate. It’s a place to build really modern brands that are designed to lean into travel, culture, and commerciality.”
For our investors, this kind of visibility matters. It’s not just about highlighting where we operate, but how we’ve intentionally chosen this location with a clear view of where this industry is heading.
