You’re participating in some of the most resilient categories in consumer markets and helping us scale a growing portfolio of beauty, fragrance, personal care, and private label brands. As that portfolio grows, so does the revenue powering your distributions.
Investors of record can expect their monthly royalty payment soon, if you haven’t received it already. Our distributions are structured to target an annualized minimum of 8%, capped at 20%, calculated on the amount invested and based on revenue* from our portfolio of companies—not profits.
That’s the distinction at the heart of how we’re built. We don’t ask you to wait for an exit or a profitability milestone. As long as our portfolio generates revenue, a portion is structured to flow back to preferred shareholders monthly.
