We Just Added a $31 Million Annual Revenue Fragrance Business to Our Portfolio

An established fragrance business with deep retail roots has joined Fundamental Brands.

Snapshot of the Palm Beach Beaute Brand Portfolio

Fundamental Brands has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Great American Beauty (GAB) and its licensing entity, Palm Beach Beauté.

GAB generated approximately $31 million in net sales in 2025 across a portfolio of nationally recognized licensed brands, including Mustang, Ellen Tracy, and IZOD, with major retail presence nationwide in stores like Burlington, Marshalls, Ross, Belk, and TJ Maxx. Nearly every dollar of that revenue was generated in-store. Not online.

That changes with this acquisition. Bringing GAB into the Fundamental Brands platform means launching their online direct-to-consumer presence from the ground up—a significant untapped opportunity for a business already operating at this scale.

A reminder that our monthly royalty payments are based on revenue, NOT profits.

Palm Beach Beauté, GAB’s licensing entity, holds the intellectual property and brand licenses that power the GAB portfolio—giving Fundamental Brands a diversified base of both licensed and proprietary fragrance assets to build on.
