Fundamental Brands has reached a meaningful milestone! We have completed our first closing, and with it, our first distributions to investors are on track for May.
Our portfolio companies are already generating revenue. And because our royalty distributions are tied to that revenue—not profits—investors are scheduled to begin receiving monthly royalty payments without waiting for a future event.
Here’s how it works:
Once your investment is processed, you enter the distribution schedule, subject to available revenue. It is simply 30 days after the end of the month’s closing. From there, distributions are issued monthly, drawn from the revenue generated by our growing portfolio of beauty, fragrance, personal care, and private label brands.
If you’ve been watching from the sidelines, this is the moment that changes the math. Our offering has closings on a rolling basis. So, when you invest determines when your distribution cycle begins.
Fundamental Brands targets an annualized return of 8% min. to 20% max., paid monthly (however, returns are not guaranteed and depend on performance).
