Your Portfolio May Be More Concentrated In AI Than You Think. Here’s Our Alternative.

Even diversified portfolios can carry more concentrated risk than many investors realize.

A recent piece published on Nasdaq draws a pointed comparison: today’s AI-driven market and the ancient myth of Icarus, flying higher on expectations that leave little room for error.

One data point makes the case: the ten largest companies in the S&P 500 now account for a greater share of the index than they did at the height of the dot-com bubble—a concentration many investors are carrying without realizing it, even inside a portfolio that looks diversified on paper.

A Focus on Income And Growth

Fundamental Brands offers a different kind of investment. Exposure is tied to real consumer brands, real manufacturing infrastructure, and real revenue—not a stock market narrative.

In fact, we’re already paying monthly distributions to our investors, designed to be based on the revenue generated by our portfolio of companies—not profits—and not tied to the performance of one type of customer.

If most of what’s driving your returns traces back to the same handful of names, it might be worth exploring what else could be part of the picture.

Investors of record by August 31st are on schedule to receive their first distribution in October.

How Our Monthly Distributions Work

We don’t ask investors to wait for profits. Our distributions are targeted to be (and have been) paid monthly, calculated based on the amount invested:

  • Monthly distributions capped at 20%, with an 8% annualized minimum.
  • Paid monthly, not quarterly or annually.
  • Based on the revenue generated by our portfolio of companies, not profit.1

  1. *Although all portfolio companies have revenue as a criterion for acquisition, revenues cannot be guaranteed. Therefore, meeting the minimum distribution amount cannot be guaranteed. All payments, including the minimum, are subject to the availability of revenues and distributable funds, as determined by the Company. ↩︎
